Qualification-  masters degree in any discipline or MBBS or degree in engineering or Technology or passed in section a and b of the institution examination of the institute of Engineering or post graduate diploma in management

Period of contract deputation-  3 years( Expendable up to 5 years)

Experience (if any)-  8 years

Age limit- ( contractual) -  not less than 30 years  but not exceeding 50 years

( government officers) -  not more than 56 years
